  • With Section 184 financing borrowers can get into a home with a 2.25% down payment and flexible underwriting. A one-time 1.5% up front guarantee fee is paid at closing and can be financed into the loan. In addition, loans with a loan to value of 78% or greater will be subject to an annual .25% mortgage insurance premium. Section 184 loans can be used, both on and off native lands, for new construction, rehabilitation, purchase of an existing home, or refinance of single family residences, modular, and log cabins (85% Financing) only.
  • The minimum credit score requirement is a 620 with 43% DTI ratio. All loans are manually underwritten. You will need to provide your Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood.
